A Dose of Good News

Checking the news first thing in the morning, and every hour after, may help us feel like we’re in control of a scary situation, when in fact we’re feeding the beast of fear. Staying informed is important, but so is staying calm. And in times of social distancing, even more important is to connect as much as we can, to inspire one another, and to laugh.
