Who We Are
Our Instructors

Carol Hyman
Principal Instructor
Carol Hyman brings to her teaching a simple goal: to help people learn to rest in the wakeful presence that is their basic nature and to recognize and release the habitual patterns that inhibit its free expression. Having practiced and taught mindfulness and other contemplative disciplines for more than four decades, she incorporates western and Buddhist psychological perspectives and techniques, grounded in recent neuroscientific support about the workability of our minds. Her book, Meeting Your Mind, offers practical guidance in how to begin our inner reconnaissance. Explore working with Carol here.
